Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed in 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 21-28 days after checkout, including processing time. The estimated arrival window on the product page shows your expected delivery dates.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Lost, damaged or stolen parcels

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
